Passport Copy (Main Page)
Copies of the personal information page of the passport for the main applicant and all dependents

Introduction Letter & Resume of Main Applicant
Employment verification letter, if applicable

Proof of Relationship
Marriage, birth, or adoption certificates must be certified by the Malaysian embassy or consulate, including originals and translations (if needed).

Original Police Clearance Certificate
Required for all individuals aged 18 and above

Agreement Signing & Fee Payment
Sign the agreement and make the required payments

Submission & Approval Timeline
The typical processing and approval period is 1 to 2 months

Medical Insurance
Required for applicants under the age of 60. Both local and international insurance are accepted

Medical Check-Up Report
Completed using the MF II form, issued by a licensed doctor, clinic, or hospital in Malaysia

Fixed Deposit (FD) Account Opening
Must be completed within 3 months after approval. Can be in USD or equivalent in MYR

Platinum: USD 1,000,000
Gold: USD 500,000
Silver: USD 150,000
SEZ (Age 21–49): USD 65,000
SEZ (Age 50 and above): USD 32,000
MM2H Visa Endorsement

Property Purchase
Must be done within one year after getting the MM2H visa. The property must meet the required value for your category and state.

Platinum: MYR 2,000,000
Gold: MYR 1,000,000
Silver: MYR 600,000
SEZ (Any age): MYR 500,000
All post-approval items must be completed within 3 months, except for the property purchase. We will assist in arranging all the above matters before your arrival in Malaysia.
